While it is important to be diverse in the governance as much as possible but the key ingredients to boost the motivation, dedication, and engagement is "inclusion." How to make volunteers & leadership feel involved so we can walk together for Region 10's growth. The emphasis of good teamwork and synergy will need to be emphasized.
