Dr. Supavadee positivity’s exercise

Comfort zone is defined as “a place or situation where one feels safe or at ease and without stress.” So far in your life, can you identify your comfort zone in personal and professional aspects? Self-confidence is one area in which too much comfort is actually not a good thing. Typically, you don’t learn or grow without a challenge. If you never challenge yourself, you never get a chance to see who you really are and what you are capable of. How to move from staying in a comfort zone to the growth zone?

Give the uncomfortable exercise a try!

The next time an opportunity comes up that you believe would be beneficial for you or you know would make you uncomfortable, grab that opportunity!

I have stepped out of my comfort zone countless times in life. Because of that, I learn and continuously grow mentally and spiritually. Please share your experiences stepping out of your comfort zone and if you plan one in the soon future.
